Licht Club mit Noise Act Kunt

Been to several events in the last days. Some of the places I visited will close, among them Goldfinger Bar, Lola Montez (this one for just a short period) and Licht. The latter had visits from the police nearly every night. (Beer 2€ + 10c for the "service")

Goldfinger Bar in der Münchener Strasse. Um 2002
Außenansicht, nicht mehr vorhanden

Ein Ort des Schreckens, wie sich Herr Braan ausdrückte. Betrieben von Laiki Kostis als "Spielplatz" in einer ehemaligen Tabledance Bar im Bahnhofsviertel.

Free Manifesta Büro im Frankfurter Kunstverein 2002

Die Sache begann seltsam: eine gewisse Sal Randolph aus New York hatte den Manifesta Platz von Christoph Büchel für ca. 16.000$ bei eBay ersteigert.

Wer nun die Blumenbilder einer reichen Hobby-Künstlerin erwartete, wurde satt enttäuscht.

Kunstraum Pony 2002

After return from Tokyo my first night out. I found a postcard from "pony" in my mail with a handwritten notice on it: "Please come...", so I went there. (212 exhibition party)
